Tips for the oral test
Dear all,
Here are some important tips for the oral test:
1) Speak as much as you can. Don't be minimalistic in your anecdotes!
2) Connect your ideas when you speak. Don't use truncated and disconnected sentences.
3) Try to use the vocabulary learned in the unit. It's a real plus.
4) Be careful when you ask the questions. Remember to use the right auxiliaries and inversion.
5) Monitor your pronunciation and intonation.
6) If you don't know a word, don't use Portuguese. Use another word; say it in a different way.
7) Be cooperative with your partner.
8) Study especially the anecdotes in the three units we studied.
I'M SURE YOU'LL ALL DO A GREAT JOB!
